  • Leadership Team

  • Chip Roth, President

Chip started working at ESCO Communications in the field during high school. After graduating with a business degree from Indiana University, he joined the company full-time in 1980. Reflecting back, Chip shares, “It's amazing to see the changes over the past 40 years, and not just in our company, but in the changes of technology. In 1980, the PC had not even been invented—and yet today there is more computing power in our handheld devices than what we originally had in our first company’s mainframe. With all the advances in technology and communications, we can help achieve spectacular results for our clients and their customers.”

Chip is proud to be a second-generation owner working with some of the same people he worked with in the beginning. "Our talented and dedicated team has over 1000 years of industry experience and is committed to being the best that we can be for our customer’s, communities, and our families. ESCO truly cares and I have been blessed to be associated with so many fine employees and customers."
